Charity Opportunity for Premium Brands
V&V is supporting this year’s Make-A-Wish Foundation ball to bring products, services and experiences to their raffle and silent auction on the evening. The purpose is to help the foundation raise as much money as possible during the evening to continue their important work in bringing hope and joy to critically ill children. Our effort is pro-bono and all donations that we broker are made directly and fully to them.
- Target audience (socio-economic groups): A, B, and C1
- Type of brands: Premium and/or luxury segment
- Key advantages: Supporting a charity as a brand has the clear advantage of helping out, and that should be its own reward. However, it is clear that you are able to bring your brand to a collection of individuals that are emotionally connected with the cause, which your brand is then associated with. For smaller brands, these opportunities are very useful to engage with potential brand ambassadors at a very low threshold, essentially the cost of the product, service, or experience.
- Opportunities: There are four main opportunities at this event:
- Event sponsorship
- Attendance
- Donation of product, service, or experience for the silent auction. This category is intended for grander items or services, and experiences that “money can’t buy”.
- Donation of product, service, or experience for the cocktail raffle. We are looking for substantial, but simpler gifts, e.g. premium beverages, jewellery, meal vouchers at premium establishments, etc.
